Service Award" by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and by the
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac).

September 4 – An industry panel recognized Abazia as one of the year's
ten best mortgage brokers who use automated underwriting to approve borrowers
whose credit experience and personal circumstances would not allow them to
qualify for a mortgage under traditional guidelines. Additionally Abazia was
